Our team adheres to 5 key principles each day when they come to work:
1. Others First -
Every day we all make thousands of decisions. We firmly
believe that those who consistently think of others first not only
make the best decisions, but ultimately lead the most meaningful
lives. At Tumble Jungle our staff is committed to always thinking of
others first and teaching the children we work with to do the same.
2. Teamwork -
We are a
team. At Tumble Jungle no single component is more important than the
whole. We preach teamwork, we teach teamwork, and we develop and
succeed as a team.
3. Positive
Communication -
While open
communication is imperative for any team to succeed the best teams
always find a way to communicate in a positive manner. When we are
working with children we always focus on their positive actions and
when we are working with each other we must always do the same.
4. Continuous
Development -
Every day we must
continue to grow in a positive manner. We challenge the children we
work with to develop each day and we must challenge ourselves to grow
as individuals, as a team, and as a company the same way. There is no
excuse for not becoming better each day.
5. Company
Admiration -
Our team loves
coming to work. We don’t hire people who treat their work as a job. We
hire people who are passionate about what they do, who are dedicated
to continually improving, and who admire the company they are a part
of.
